Discussion Question:

An introduction is the first thing an audience hears from the speaker.  There were a variety of attention getters discussed in the book, choose one method of getting our attention in an introduction and provide an example.  It can be an example you witnessed in a speech, or you can create your own example of how you might use that attention getter.  Explain your choice of attention getters and why you feel that would be effective.
